I needed a costumes fast and didn't know where to turn until I realized Pure Costumes was just around the corner. Hidden in the the City of El Monte. It took a while to find it but it's worth the look. Lots of costumes to choose and I am pretty picky myself. So I definitely recommend it to all my friends. Oh, did I mentioned their prices are a lot lower than Party City?

Gasoline Alley has helped me from school functions to Halloween costumes. Everything in the store has a place and its cheap, too. I highly recommend coming here to rent costumes.

The main costumer is a chain-smoker who smokes around the costumes, and you can definitely tell. Their customer service is TERRIBLE; the contact person (I think it's ****, although sometimes it's ***) will fly off the handle at any little thing! He's a complete ******. Don't buy from this business; it's a waste of time.

Simply the best vintage/thrift store this side of Memphis! I find ALL of my Vegas show wear and in my later years they even accomodated my increased waistline with some xxl sizes! I haven't be by lately since I have a harder time climbin' those stairs but I also haven't been doing too many stage shows if you know what I mean. Well, I gotta leave the building now so thankya, thankya very much.

OMG! i love this store because i love art and i get all these types of things you can buy for a great price but somtimes like the costumes were very expensive so i just dressed up as the costume from last year!
